Welcome to Shubh Consultancy Services (a network of 50,000+ Professionals); we are glad to have you on board. We thank you for purchasing our services/products from our website ([www.shubhconsultancyservices.com]). Our focus is to achieve customer satisfaction. However, we have a standard operating procedure for processing refunds, which is outlined below.
1. Refund at the choice of the client without any reason
Refund by the purchaser — We will refund 100% of the amount received if you notify us within 4 hours of the purchase or payment via email to [help@shubhconsultancyservices.com]. If you request a refund 4 hours after the payment, no refund will occur.
Once your order is assigned to our network of professionals (CA, CS, Lawyers, Engineers, Management Consultants, and other professionals), it becomes non-refundable.
If you do not respond to the email/call/WhatsApp for more than seven (7) days, then the order shall be deemed cancelled, and no refund will occur under any circumstances.
A refund is subject to approval from the consultant; therefore, in case any dispute arises between the client and consultant, it will be considered an individual dispute between the client and consultant, and Shubh Consultancy Services will not be liable for it.
You understand and undertake that, before purchasing services from our website, [www.shubhconsultancyservices.com], you have completely understood the applicable government fees, government compliance requirements, documents required, and any other document, facility, infrastructure, land, or commercial premises that may be required to secure such licence, registration, certification, or government approval/clearance. You must furnish all documents and required information to obtain such licence, registration, certification, or government approval/clearance as requested by the network of professionals. If you cannot provide such information for a maximum of 15 days, the services you have availed of from our website will be deemed completed, and you will be required to pay the balance amount. In professional services, time has a cost; hence every piece of advice or time spent during a call has a price and time engagement.
2. Refund in case our network of professionals is unable to deliver the services
If the network of professionals cannot deliver the services due to a change in law, and you cannot fulfil the revised regulatory norms of the government, no refund shall be made under such circumstances. In an ordinary case, if you have provided all documents, necessary qualifications, and facilities, and the network of professionals either lacks experience in providing the said services or denies working on your assignment, then, as an aggregator of professionals, we may assign the same service order to other professionals in our network. If none of the professionals can deliver the services within a cooling period of 30 days, you may request a refund by writing to [help@shubhconsultancyservices.com].
Delays from the end of regulators/government departments are excluded from refund requests. Any delay caused by regulatory authorities shall not be considered a delay on the consultant’s part. The consultant shall provide the right legal advice as and when required.
No refund request shall be entertained in case of rejection of the application by government authorities for any reason not under the control of the professional. If the client wishes to re-apply after rejection by government authorities, they will have to pay 70% of the professional fees, 100% of the government fees, and any other travel/miscellaneous fees required to deliver the assignment. If the client agrees, professionals will be required to create a fresh order after approval from the client.
You understand that government authorities may levy penalties or fees on you for any reason; you shall bear all such penalties, and the consultant or Shubh Consultancy Services shall not be held responsible for any such action or imposition by government authorities.
By purchasing services from our website, you undertake that you are not an agent, middleman, or unregistered legal professional in any manner. You are aware that Shubh Consultancy Services is a legal platform solely designed for businesses or individuals seeking legal services. If any service order is received from a middleman, unregistered professional, or professional outside the Shubh Consultancy Services network, such orders shall be considered a violation of platform principles. Under such circumstances, the order shall be marked as cancelled, and no refund shall occur.
Refunds shall not be entertained once documents required to deliver the service order have been shared with you via email or WhatsApp.
No refund shall be issued if the client changes their mind about the service, abandons their plans, or claims delays in the service process.
3. Refund where the assigned professional cannot perform
A refund may be granted only if the assigned professional cannot perform the agreed services and the consultant verifies this inability in writing. This written confirmation must outline the specific nature of the professional’s failure to perform and must be submitted to Shubh Consultancy Services for review. Refunds based on such inability will only be processed upon verification of the details provided by the consultant and the consultant’s written acknowledgement.
Refund Method
We will refund you to the original mode from which we received the fees, and shall not refund to any third party under any circumstances.
- The refund process is implemented after obtaining approval from the relevant consultant. The timeline for a refund lies in the range of 30 to 60 working days.
Escalation Matrix
Level 1: Email the assigned professional (CA/CS/other professional) and keep [help@shubhconsultancyservices.com] cc’d. This may take a week to finalise a decision.
Level 2: If you are unhappy with the Level 1 outcome, you may appeal to our nodal officer at [info@shubhconsultancyservices.com]. This may take seven (7) working days to conclude. The decision of the nodal officer is final.
Other Terms
- Enquiry posted on our website ([www.shubhconsultancyservices.com]).
- You have paid online to the bank account as specified, and we have received the payment.
- A professional from our network, based on your selected package, shall be assigned within 30 minutes of payment confirmation.
- While making payment, we assume you know your service requirement and the documents required for obtaining such registration, licence, or approval.
- The documents required by the professionals or government agencies shall be final, and you undertake to provide the same as and when needed.
- Dispute Settlement — In case of a dispute among the parties, the courts of [Insert City, e.g., New Delhi] shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve conflicts.
